When do I make an order?

Please make your order 1-2 days in advance. Orders placed before 2pm will qualify for next working day delivery.

How do I make an order?

You can place your orders via Whatsapp @ 8733 1968. Please refer to our Order Page for our ordering template.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, there is a minimum order of S$30 and there will be a delivery charge of S$8 to a single location. Orders above S$60 will be entitled for free delivery to a single location.
*We will not be making deliveries to these locations: Jurong Island, Airline House, Cargo house, Sentosa.

What are your delivery timings?

Our operating hours for delivery are from 10 am to 7 pm, Tuesday to Sunday (Closed on Mondays). Please allow an estimation of 30-40 minutes buffer time from the scheduled delivery timing provided.

Do I have to be home for the delivery?

To ensure freshness for your consumption, it is best to ensure that someone is there to receive your order. We can provide contactless delivery, but it is not advisable to leave your order outdoors for too long.

Will there be refunds if I cancel my order?

There will strictly be no refunds, change or cancellations once the order has been made and confirmed. In the event an ordered item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to replace it with another of equivalent quality and price.

I would like to make bulk/corporate orders, is there anything I must take note of?

Please contact us via WhatsApp to make your bulk/corporate orders at least 3-5 days prior.

Are your products halal?

Our products are not halal certified. However, no pork and lard is used in our products.
